Tsurumi-san's Meriba Course (2022)

Tsurumi Kanna, is a school beauty, but also a fujoshi whose favorite pastime is imagining unknowing boys in BL scenarios. She's also the only one at school who knows that her best friend, Mihara Giichi, is gay. One day, he tells her about his recent crush on a boy from her class. But Kanna is no ordinary fujoshi. What will she do once she learns that their feelings are mutual?

Finally finished this one! It has been on my radar for quite some time, so it felt good to sub this. I'll add some more information about this one on the next update. There's some stuff I couldn't include as translation notes in the video because there's no time or space.

If you're interested in seeing more fujoshi content, I highly recommend BLT Sandwich Café. I don't think many people watched that drama even though it took so long to sub. But that's understandable since fujoshi content isn't for everyone.

Note: Even though the production started in year 2021, it was released in 2022, so I'm using that year.

Anyway, this will be last thing I post before my doctor's visits which are gonna start on 17th. Wish me luck! I've been waiting for this appointment for months now, and I've been experiencing all kinds of new symptoms over the past 4 months, so it's not looking very good for me. I'm glad I could post this before I get more busy. I'll be back with some human drama movies probably.

Script / Direction: Hazu Miroshi (she was actually the youngest to get to the finals of Hulu U35 Creators Challenge (under which this short was produced) being 19 at the time and studying law, and she had never been involved in video production before)
